MAN CITY PULL OUT OF RACE FOR DECLAN RICE

According to several sources, Manchester City have pulled out of the race to sign West Ham captain Declan Rice.

The treble winners bid £90m for the England International earlier in the week which was rejected by West Ham.

It was thought that Man City were preparing a second bid with a fee plus player option to try and tempt West Ham to accept the offer, but now any hope of that second bid coming to West Ham have faded as they have now pulled out of the race to sign Rice.

Reports suggest that Manchester City do not want to enter into a bidding war for the player and offered what they felt was right based upon the current market.

Arsenal remain favourites to sign Declan Rice after offering a club record £105m for the Midfielder.
